(Superior)– A search warrant executed Tuesday at a residence near Superior resulted in authorities seizing several horses.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says it stems from a complaint it received of a horse at that residence at 2915 140th Street that appeared to be underfed.
Authorities say the horses have been removed and placed elsewhere for care.
No charges have been filed yet, but Sheriff Greg Baloun says the case remains under investigation.
