(Milford)– A Spirit Lake man faces a myriad of charges following a traffic stop last Friday in Milford.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Isra Anthony Brooks of Spirit Lake. A subsequent search turned up what’s alleged to be controlled substances and prescription drugs.
Brooks is also accused of giving officers a false name.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; unlawful possession of a prescription drug; providing false information; driving while barred; driving while revoked; failure to have insurance; failure to have SR 22 insurance; and driving while suspended.
Brooks was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Milford Police Department.
