(Spencer)– An altercation Sunday evening in the 200 block of Second Avenue West in Spencer resulted in charges against two people.
Spencer police say officers responded around 11:19 p.m. to a report of a fight in that area. Following an investigation, officers arrested 27-year-old Adam Gregory of Spencer on a charge of serious assault.
Also arrested was 36-year-old Deidra Osberg of Spencer who was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Both were booked into the Clay county jail.
Spencer police were assisted by the Department of Human Services.
