(Spencer)– Two 11-year-old boys from Spencer stand accused of breaking some windows out of a school bus.
Spencer police say a bus parked at the Northwest Soccer Alliance Complex in Spencer had nearly all the windows broken out of it in an incident that was reported to them shortly after 7:00 back on August 9th.
Following an investigation, police charged the two boys with criminal mischief in the second degree…a class “D” felony.
The boys, who’s names weren’t released, were turned over to the custody of their parents pending appearances in juvenile court.
