(Paullina)– A search warrant executed Tuesday on a residence at 224 South Clark Street in Paullina resulted in three arrests.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says some green leafy plants alleged to be marijuana were seized along with some drug paraphernalia.
34-year-old James Ficklen was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana…a serious misdemeanor. Bond was set at nearly two-thousand dollars.
Ficklen was also wanted on a felony warrant out of Galveston, Texas.
40-year-old James Nall was arrested and charged with manufacture and possession of marijuana…a class “D” felony. Bond was set at nearly 10-thousand dollars.
Also arrested was 38-year-old Carla Hewitt. She was charged with possession of marijuana…a serious misdemeanor. Hewitt’s bond was set at nearly two thousand dollars.
Ficklen and Hewitt were still in jail as of Wednesday. Nall has since been released on bond.
