(Emmetsburg)– A search warrant executed earlier this week on a residence in Emmetsburg resulted in charges against three people.
Emmetsburg police say the search was conducted at 710 Union Street in Emmetsburg.
21-year-old Chad Spencer of Emmetsburg, 27-year-old Christopher Krug of Rolfe and 22-year-old Chad Lynch of Emmetsburg were arrested and charged with gathering where drugs are used…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor. Lynch was also charged with unlawful possession of a prescription medication…a serious misdemeanor.
All three were booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
Emmetsburg police were assisted by the Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office.
