(Spencer)– Charges are pending against a Hartley man in connection with a motorcycle crash Friday evening in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Jeffrey Wagoner of Hartley was driving a 2006 Harley Davidson on 435th Street near Greenville when he lost control.
Wagoner was found lying in the north ditch by a sheriff’s deputy.
He was taken to Spencer Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Authorities say charges of operating while intoxicated…second offense; failure to maintain control and violation of a restricted driver’s license are pending against Wagoner.
The motorcycle was totaled.
The crash was reported to authorities shortly before 8:00 p.m. Friday.
