(Sibley)– What started off as a complaint of domestic abuse Tuesday in Sibley resulted in the arrest of a man on drug and alcohol charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says authorities responded to the scene where they found 19-year-old Joseph Julius of Sibley allegedly possessing prescription drugs that didn’t belong to him. Julius was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…an aggravated misdemeanor.
Julius was also cited for possessing alcohol under the legal age.
