Traffic Stop Results In Pot Arrest

(Sibley)– A traffic stop this (Friday) morning in Osceola county landed a Worthington, Minnesota man in jail on drug charges.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle on Highway 59 north of Melvin for a traffic stop. During the stop, authorities discovered a baggie containing a substance alleged to be marijuana.

18-year-old Dallas Roetzel of Worthington was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.

Roetzel was booked into the Osceola county jail on 1,300-dollars bond.
