(Emmetsburg)– A suspicious person call from a Graettinger business has resulted in the arrest of a Montana man.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the call shortly before 8:30 this (Friday) morning.
Authorities located a male at that location identified as Kenneth Bettin of Billings, Montana. A subsequent check found that Bettin was wanted on a valid warrant out of Emmet county for fifth degree theft.
Bettin, who was also cited for not having a valid driver’s license, was taken into custody and was transferred to Emmet county authorities.
