(Spencer)– The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation and ArtsLIVE have jointly hired a person to oversee marketing and public relations for the Corridor and to serve as Executive Director of ArtsLIVE.
Kathy Evert, President of the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation, says Alyssa Jackson will serve in the two capacities beginning September 28th.
Evert says it makes sense for the Corridor and ArtsLIVE to work closely together in that they jointly promote each other.
Jackson has a degree in print journalism and mass communication with a minor in English from Iowa State University in Ames. She was a reporter for Okoboji and Discover Magazines and the Northwest Iowa Review.
