Sheldon Residents Sentenced On Drug Convictions

(Primghar)– Two Sheldon residents have been sentenced in O’Brien County District Court on drug convictions.

40-year-old Kimberly Boneschans was convicted of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance…methamphetamine…a class “C” felony. She was sentenced to no more than ten years in prison and fined 1,455-dollars. Boneschans was also ordered to pay 600 dollars in restitution.

19-year-old Josh McFadden of Sheldon was also convicted of delivery of a controlled substance…methamphetamine…a class “C” felony. He was sentenced to no more than ten years in prison and fined 1,455-dollars. McFadden was also ordered to pay 1,600-dollars in restitution to the Sheldon Police Department.

Boneschans and McFadden were arrested April 13th of this year after conspiring to deliver methamphetamine to an undercover agent.
