(Spirit Lake)– A delay in the completion of the Sami Center means the Spirit Lake School District will have to pay more in architectural fees for the project.
The school board Monday evening approved a contract extension for the architect.
Under the agreement, the district will pay the firm an additional maximum of 23-thousand dollars per month until substantial completion, along with a basic service fee of 17,580-dollars that will be billed after final completion.
