(Worthington, Mn.)– A missing Worthington, Minnesota girl has been found safe in Iowa.
Police say 17-year-old Lindsey Lease was found uninjured in West Des Moines.
She and a 17-year-old male acquaintance were located in an apartment. Police say the boy was taken into custody.
Lease had a protection order against the boy. She was last seen with him Sunday morning. A Chevy Suburban believed involved in the case was found that afternoon in Des Moines.
