(Emmetsburg)– Suspicious activity in an alley behind an Emmetsburg bar Sunday resulted in the arrests of two lakes area men.
Palo Alto County Sheriff Dennis Goeders says a deputy came across two men acting suspiciously behind “The Office” bar in Emmetsburg.
Upon investigating authorities learned one of the men, Brian Morris of Spirit Lake, was wanted on a Dickinson county warrant for felony assault. He was taken to the Palo Alto county jail where he posted bond.
The other man, Eric Peterson of Milford, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance…marijuana.
