(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake city council Tuesday held the second in what will be a series of three public hearings on a proposed amendment to the city’s zoning ordinance that would require storm water management on property when a compliance permit is issued. The other tweaks the city’s ordinance on architectural standards to make it less ambiguous.
There were no written or oral comments.
A third and final hearing on the ordinances is set for the council’s next regular meeting November 13th.
