I-90 Rollover Results In Minor Injuries (3)

(Worthington, Mn.)– A single-vehicle rollover Friday on Interstate 90 near Worthington sent two people to the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 16-year-old Michael Fitzer of Luverne lost control of a 2003 Jeep Liberty after encountering some black ice. The vehicle left the road and rolled.

Fitzer and a passenger, 16-year-old Kelsey Theesfeld of Luverne, were both taken to the Worthington hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released.

The vehicle was totaled.

The mishap took place shortly before 12:30 p.m.

The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office.
