(Terril)– Charges have been filed against a Terril man wanted in connection with a disturbance last Thursday in Terril.
Authorities say 31-year-old Brandon Buchholtz was arrested following a traffic stop. They say Buchholtz had left the scene of a disturbance in Terril when he was pulled over.
Buchholtz was charged with driving under suspension; operating while intoxicated…second offense; and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana.
Buchholtz was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Terril Police Department.
