(Milford)– A North Dakota man is in the Dickinson county jail, accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a vehicle southeast of Milford.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has charged 36-year-old Travis Glass of Mandan, North Dakota with third degree sexual abuse…a class “C” felony; operating while intoxicated…second offense…an aggravated misdemeanor; and failure to have a valid driver’s license.
Deputies say it stems from a citizen’s complaint received early Saturday evening regarding a suspicious vehicle parked along the road in the area of 240th Avenue and 240th Street. Deputies stopped the alleged sexual assault which they say was in progress when they arrived.
Glass is being held on 12-thousand dollars bond.
