Osceola Co. Traffic Stop Results In Drug Charges

November 22, 2014

(Sibley)– A Jackson man faces drug charges in connection with a traffic stop Thursday in Osceola county.

23-year-old Tomy Southard was charged with possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy found what’s alleged to be marijuana on Southard’s person during the stop.

Southard was booked into the Osceola county jail on a 1,300-dollar bond.
