(Spirit Lake)—A search warrant executed Thursday on a residence in Spirit Lake has resulted in the arrests of three people on drug charges.
The Spirit Lake Police Department says a search at 2206 Gary Avenue turned up what’s alleged to be marijuana, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills and other unidentified pills.
28-year-old Tani Anderson of Spirit Lake was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and keeping a disorderly house.
18-year-old Abbey Bryan of Spirit Lake was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia and frequenting a disorderly house.
A 17-year-old male juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense; possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anderson and Bryan were both booked into the Dickinson county jail; the juvenile was cited into juvenile court and was released to his parents.
