(Spencer)– A consent search of a residence earlier today (Monday) in Spencer turned up what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the search at 729 2nd Avenue East in Spencer was conducted as part of a drug investigation based on information provided by a resident.
27-year-old Michael Harle and 22-year-old Amanda Harle were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
