(Spirit Lake)– Multiple charges have been filed against a Webb man in connection with an incident back on March 10th.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to 2828 220th Street shortly after 2:00 a.m. on a report of shots being fired.
Following an investigation, authorities arrested 38-year-old Thomas Hart of Webb. He was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree…a class “D” felony; going armed with intent…also a class “D” felony; aggravated assault…an aggravated misdemeanor; and criminal trespassing…a serious misdemeanor.
Hart was booked into the Dickinson county jail. He was later released after posting a 30-thousand dollar signature bond.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Milford and Arnolds Park Police Departments and the Clay County K-9 unit.
