(Spencer)– A search warrant executed around 11:00 p.m. Friday on a residence in Gillett Grove landed a Clay county man in jail on drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the search of a residence at 309 Railway Street resulted in deputies finding marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
47-year-old Lewis Clark of Gillett Grove was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…a serious misdmeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Clark was booked into the Clay county jail on a one thousand dollar bond.
