(Spirit Lake)– A report of an altercation earlier this week in the Moore Lake area east of Arnolds Park landed two people from Omaha in jail on various charges.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says it received a report Tuesday of a man and a woman fighting in the roadway at about 8:20 a.m. THe two were reported to have gotten into a vehicle driven by a third party. That vehicle was found and stopped a short time later in Arnolds Park.
Following an investigation, authorities arrested 31-year-old Anthony Jablonski of Omaha. He was charged with domestic abuse assault and disorderly conduct.
Also arrested was 22-year-old Alissa Harger of Omaha. She was charged with public intoxication and possession of prescription drugs.
Both were booked into the Dickinson county jail.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Arnolds Park and Okoboji Police Departments.
