(Worthington, Mn.)– A man has been arrested in the death of two-year-old Samantha Fraga, who died March 20th in Worthington.
Nobles county sheriff’s deputies arrested the man without incident Wednesday in Adrian.
Worthington police say the man will be formally charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The man is being held in the Nobles county jail pending charges being filed and an initial court appearance.
The arrest followed a medical examiner’s report saying the child died of head injuries, body bruises, and other injuries.
