(Arnolds Park)– Fees charged by the city of Arnolds Park to install docks and boat hoists on city-owned public accesses will stay the same atleast for the upcoming season.
The city council earlier this week talked about the possibility of increasing the fees, but decided to hold off for now.
The city currently charges nothing for permits for residents to put docks on accesses; the fee for residential boat hoists is 400-dollars.
The charge for commercial docks on the accesses is 500-dollars with hoists at 1,000-dollars.
The city was looking at a possible increase based on the Park Board’s recent action to raise fees at an access at Sawmill Park.
The council will review the fees next winter.
