(Emmetsburg)– A traffic early this (Friday) morning in Palo Alto county landed an Emmetsburg man in jail on drug charges.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy stopped a vehicle shortly before 1:00 a.m. on Highway 18 that was being driven by Matthew Shryock of Emmetsburg.
Upon further investigation, authorities arrested Shryock on charges of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Upon being booked into jail, contraband was discovered, resulting in an additional charge of possession of contraband being filed against Shryock.
