(Spencer)– A Marathon man faces drug charges following a traffic stop around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of Fourth Avenue West in Spencer.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon investigating, the deputy determined a passenger, 22-year-old Jacob Seaman of Marathon, was in possession of drug paraphernalia and what’s alleged to be marijuana.
Seaman was subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
