(Spencer)—Two Spencer men and several teens face charges as the result of a search warrant executed back on June 4th at 807 Fourth Avenue West in Spencer. Police say they found baggies containing what’s alleged to be marijuana.
20-year-old Christopher Marble of Spencer was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, assault on a peace officer, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, violation of a drug tax stamp and gatherings where controlled substances are unlawfully used.
21-year-old Joshua Haburn was charged with gatherings where controlled substances are unlawfully used.
Both Marble and Haburn were booked into the Clay county jail.
Also arrested was a 16-year-old male from Storm Lake charged with possession of a controlled substance; a 17-year-old female from Spencer charged with gatherings where controlled substances are illegally used; and a 17-year-old male from Sioux Rapids was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The juveniles were released to a parent.
Spencer police say their investigation continues and more arrests are expected.
