(Home, Ne.)– A man wanted on a warrant out of Osceola county for theft has been arrested in Nebraska.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Eddie DeLong of Homer, Nebraska was arrested Tuesday in Nebraska.
Deputies say DeLong was wanted on the warrant charging him with theft in the second degree…a class “D” felony.
Authorities say the charge stems from an alleged incident in 2007 when DeLong was running a construction business. He’s accused of misappropriating funds from a roofing project in Sibley.
DeLong is being held in the Osceola county jail on 9,750-dollars bond.
He faces possible extradition to Michigan where DeLong is wanted for fraud.
