(Spencer)– A Spencer woman faces charges after Clay county authorities received a criminal mischief complaint early this (Wednesday) morning.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Bridget Gilmore was arrested and charged with third degree criminal mischief and third degree burglary.
Authorities say it stems from a complaint they received from 4435 200th Avenue. A resident at that address reported her car windows had been broken out and that she saw Gilmore leave, possibly headed to Spencer.
Upon investigating, deputies determined Gilmore also allegedly used force to gain entry through the rear door of the complainant’s residence.
A deputy caught up with Gilmore at the Clay county jail where she had already been arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
