(Spirit Lake)– Another lakes area insurance agency is changing hands.
Central Bank announced today (Monday) it’s acquiring Best Insurance of Spirit Lake.
The purchase is expected to close August 1st of this year, at which time Best Insurance will relocate to Central Insurance at Central Bank in Spirit Lake.
A news release says Jean Allen and Don Rodawig of Best Insurance will continue to serve customers at the Central Bank location once the transition is complete.
Allen and Rodawig have operated Best Insurance since 1974.
Central Insurance, a division of Central Bank, has agencies in Spirit Lake, Storm Lake, Cherokee and Sioux City.
