(Spencer)– A Royal man faces a forgery charge stemming from a complaint the Clay County Sheriff’s Office received.
Authorities say 30-year-old Scott Leininger of Royal was arrested around 7:30 this (Friday) morning in the 400 block of First Avenue West in Spencer.
Leininger was charged with forgery…a class “D” felony…and was booked into the Clay county jail.
