(Washington, D.C.)– Several Iowa communities have received a total of slightly more than 2.2 million dollars from the office of Drug Control Policy’s Drug-Free Communities Program.
The funds will support efforts to reduce youth substance abuse and strengthen community anti-drug coalitions.
Locally, Positively Spencer Youth, Incorporated of Spencer was awarded 100-thousand dollars through the program.
