(Spirit Lake)– Sara Hummel, daughter of Todd and Becky Hummel of rural Spirit Lake, was crowned Dickinson County Fair Queen in a ceremony last (Mon.) evening at the Dickinson County Fair.
She’ll reign over the rest of this year’s fair and represent the Dickinson County Fair at various events and will be in the running for State Fair Queen at the Iowa State Fair next month.
