(Lake Park)– Officials with the National Weather Service say it was likely a small, weak short-lived tornado that damaged a hog confinement northeast of Lake Park Wednesday evening.
The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls made the determination after viewing photos of the damage.
Lake Park Fireman Joe Hopkins tells KUOO news he saw a tornado northeast of Lake Park, in that same vicinity (see photo).
