(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been charged with burglary following an incident last Thursday in the 100 block of West Eighth Street.
Police say a male had fled the building as an employee arrived to open up. A short time later, a subject matching the description was observiced by a Clay county deputy and the subject was taken into custody.
27-year-old Nathan Bell of Spencer was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree.
