(Fostoria)– A report early Saturday of an underage drinking party near Fostoria resulted in charges against four people.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it was notified of the party at 2115 280th Street shortly after midnight.
Upon arriving deputies located several subjects under 21 who were drinking.
18-year-old Jessica Meyer of Milford; 20-year-old Justin Sorenson of Estherville and 20-year-old Austin Cope of Clarion were cited for possession of alcohol under 21 and released.
Authorities say a fourth subject, 18-year-old Ashley Opheim of Estherville was uncooperative and was booked into jail after refusing to sign a citation.
