(Spirit Lake)– Spirit Lake police have charged four male juveniles with second degree arson in connection with a fire Sunday that destroyed the Kiwanis paper recycling trailer near the Public Works Building in Spirit Lake.
The names of the juveniles haven’t been released.
They’ve been released to the custody of their parents pending appearances before juvenile court authorities.
Second degree arson is a class “C” felony.
