(Spirit Lake)– Some buildings and land in Montgomery formerly owned by Dickinson county have a new owner.
The board of supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to sell the buildings and land, which comprised the former county shop in Montgomery, for 20-thousand dollars. The buildings and land are appraised at 12-thousand dollars.
The sale was finalized after a public hearing Tuesday that drew no opposition.
