(Spirit Lake)– A scrooge is apparently on the loose in Spirit Lake.
Police say they’re investigating reports of Christmas lights that were vandalized over the weekend in the northwest part of town.
In one case, a display was hit not once, but a couple of times.
Damage was estimated at 350-dollars.
