(Spirit Lake)– An Okoboji man faces a variety of charges in connection with a stolen credit card.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Edward Sullivan of Okoboji was arrested Monday and charged with one count each of identity theft, theft in the fifth degree and possession of stolen property; 23 counts of credit card forgery and 12 counts of forgery.
Authorities say the charges stem from a complaint of a stolen credit card. Sullivan is accused of using the card at area busiensses from November 12th to November 26th of this year.
Sullivan is being held in the Dickinson County jail on 108-thousand dollars bond.
