The Clay County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary call on the early morning hours of December 15, 2008 at the Cargo Express Station in Peterson. Upon arriving, a Clay County Deputy discovered that entry had been made through the front door and that an attempt had been made to remove money from an ATM Machine, but no entry was gained. Damage to the door was estimated at $500.00.
