(LAURENS, Iowa)- Police in Laurens have removed a 7-year-old boy from his parents’ home after he was found wandering in the city
in subzero temperatures. Police Chief Tom Shaw says the boy was found Sunday night. He was underdressed for the cold, and was shivering so badly he couldn’t talk.
