(Graettinger)– Charges have been filed against a Graettinger man in connection with a hit-and-run that took place back in November, 2008.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says Roger Manwarren was charged with failure to maintain control and leaving the scene of an accident.
Authorities say it stems from an incident in which Manwarren was southbound on Jackson Street in Graettinger when he attempted a right turn and lost control at an intersection. The vehicle went into a yard at 602 West Lost Island Street and struck a house. Authorities say Manwarren then fled the scene.
No one in the house was hurt.
