(Sibley)– A Hartley man faces drug charges following a traffic stop today (Tuesday) in Osceola county.
Authorities say a subsequent search turned up a substance alleged to be marijuana.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Morris Stofferan was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
The traffic stop took place on Highway 59.
