(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been arrested on meth charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Jesse Armstrong was arrested Saturday at his residence at 709 East First Street in Spencer.
Authorities say Armstrong was wanted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance…methamphetamine…class “C” felonies.
Armstrong was booked into the Clay county jail on a 50-thousand dollar cash or surety bond.
