Ashton Man Granted Deferred Judgement To Charge Of Carrying Weapon On School Grounds

November 22, 2014

(Sibley)– An Ashton man has been granted a deferred judgement to a charge of carrying a weapon on school grounds.

47-year-old Joseph Bradfield had previously pleaded guilty to the charge. He was placed on probation for two years with the Judicial Department of Correctional Services. Bradfield must also pay court costs.

The charge stems from an incident on September 28th, 2007 when the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was called to investigate a report of a handgun in a vehicle on school grounds.
