(Spencer)– A Spencer teen has been arrested on drug charges.
Spencer police say a 15-year-old boy was arrested shortly before 11:00 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Third Street in Spencer.
The juvenile, who’s name wasn’t released, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver with the charge being enhanced because the alleged incident took place within a thousand feet of a school.
The teen was transported to the Spencer Police Department, processed, and released to the custody of his parents.
The case has been referred to juvenile court.
